He started his working journey in the advertising world as a promotions and events manager. This involved organizing /advertising events in the busy city of Johannesburg, and teaching brand promoters how to interact with customers in order to improve sales and overall service quality.
I have spent some time in Europe, where I learnt the ins and outs of the hotel industry - working face to face with clients, as well as managing hotel owner expectations and improvement strategies.
This history of customer and supplier interaction, gives me the skills necessary to thrive in this challenging commercial property industry.
