Theo joined Marder Properties in 2019 and quickly established himself as a key member of the team. His strong work ethic, market insight, and commitment to client success led to him earning the title of Broker of the Year in 2020—a testament to his drive and results-oriented approach.

Through consistent performance and leadership, Theo has since become a shareholder in the company, reflecting his long-term commitment to Marder Properties and the continued growth of its commercial and industrial property portfolio.

Outside of work, Theo is an avid hunter and actively participates in shooting competitions. He also enjoys golf, appreciating both the challenge and camaraderie the sport offers.
