LINBRO PARK

During the 1930s and 1940s period when Johannesburg CBD experience a building boom, Edwin James Brolin, who was the owner of a plantation between Modderfontein and Alexandra recognised the economic viability of his land and sold subsections which became Linbro Park (which is the reversal of Brolin).

Linbro Business Park was developed around the 1980's and has become a hotspot for Blue Chip tenants with mini units and standalone warehouses available.
