On completion, Clairwood Logistic Park will be one of the country's biggest and most innovative distribution hubs. All Clairwood warehouses will have high tolerance flooring to accommodate free movement of material handling equipment and the applicable point loads.
All buildings will be equipped with energy efficient lighting, loading docks to suit, eaves heights to maximise cost efficient storage, large ratio of access doors, FM2 floors, PV capability and A Grade offices to complement the warehousing facility.
There are Central pumps and tanks for sprinklers, large concrete yards and fully rehabilitated soil conditions with indigenous gardens throughout the Park.
The park has 24 hour security with easy access from the M4 North and South as well as Barrier Lane and is in close proximity to the Durban harbour.
